CUBEX Employee Volunteer Program Launches “Dollars for Doers” Pilot Program

why_cause

The results and satisfaction of volunteering to help your community just got better with CUBEX’s Corporate Volunteer Grant Program, commonly known as a “Dollars for Doers” Program.

effective 01/01/2020

Volunteer grants are corporate giving programs that encourage volunteerism in communities where employees live and work. Through these programs, companies provide monetary grants to organizations where employees regularly volunteer.
CUBEX encourages the efforts of our employee volunteers who actively engage with local nonprofit organizations. The Dollars for Doers program increases our commitment to local communities and to employee engagement.

This pilot program begins January 1, 2020. Eligible employees can convert their service hours to grant dollars donated to the charity where the employee served (restrictions apply, see full program details). Charities benefit from the employee’s service hours and from the additional grant awarded to them. It's a win-win!

In a modification to this common program model, CUBEX will offer the grants to the employee’s charity based on the three highest number of service hours.

To be eligible for a grant, employees must complete the request forms located in the links located on the program page or the CUBEX Community website menu tab "Log Hours".  Both the employee and organization must comply with the program criteria and restrictions.
