This program is specifically designed for a cross-departmental group of Cubex Employees who voluntarily come together to make an impact in our local community through awarding quarterly Corporate donations, or grants. Our mission is to support our local community through charitable giving to elected non-profits in the Phoenix/Maricopa County area.

Each quarter, all CUBEX Employees are encouraged to nominate non-profit organization of their choice to the Committee. This nomination will include a written statement by the employee on how this organization can make a difference in our community. Members of the committee will screen the nominated organizations for eligibility and see that they meet the pre-determined requirements that make them eligible for the corporate grant. The committee will meet and discuss the organizations and determine which organization(s) can provide the biggest impact on our local community. The committee ends in a vote and an organization is awarded the grant.
