CUBEX March Madness is a Slam Dunk for K2 Hoops Program

During the March Madness NCAA Tournament, CUBEX® will be running a donation drive to help support K2 Adventure Foundation's "K2 Hoops" Program.

K2_Hoops-

Basketball is a daunting sport and typically unavailable to children with disabilities and/or terminal conditions. K2 Adventure Foundation, located in Phoenix, has created a program to bring these kids from the stands onto the court.
K2 Hoops is a local program that runs three times a year.

Basketball is the ideal combination of fun and physical activity. There is the playfulness of dribbling the ball, the camaraderie that comes from being part of a team and the excitement of shooting for the hoop. This is a sport that improves your hand-eye coordination, your verbal and non-verbal communication skills, and helps boost their confidence.

At these events, every child gets to play basketball with other children who are facing similar difficulties. The court is adapted and staffed with trained individuals who provide guidance and instruction tailored to meet varied abilities and skill sets. There is a strong sense of togetherness on and off the court. This program provides participants an experience where children find the greater version of themselves.

So here's the Slam Dunk. . . CUBEX will match employee donations made during March Madness - March 15th through April 6th*.
